What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

In our project I learnt many new skills and have improved on old skills in the making and editing of our film.

Some technologies we used were; Slide Rocket, Prezi and an Anamatic, these all helped us plan and research our production for our coursework. In our Anamatic we also found out how our film would look when we filmed and framed our film.

When actually editing our film we used technologies like Final Cut, Live Type and iMovie to put the film together, put titles on and put them together to make our film. We also used Macs where I improved on my knowledge on how the Mac works.

Who would be the audience of your media product?

Q3) what kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

Our piece is a horror piece, named Roll The Dice with the film being about a psychopath playing a game, for people aged 16-24.  
The company we chose to distribute our film was Lionsgate. This is a north American independent company, which means they have less money which our film, from the way it has been filmed, would be good for this. They also don't have specific target market so this would be good for us. They also take controversial subjects, which ours is, so that is also good for us.
Our production company name is circus entertainment, we chose this because some it is a scary, spooky and so is our opening sequence so it works well with our film in general.
